At NoarmyNYC, we specialize in authentic, carefully inspected archive, vintage and luxury garments. Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, buyer's remorse, or accidental purchases.

Product Condition

Every item is thoroughly inspected prior to listing and again before shipment.

• Each listing includes detailed photographs and an accurate description of the item's condition.

• Any notable flaws, repairs, alterations, or signs of wear will be disclosed in the listing whenever applicable.

• Vintage and pre-owned garments naturally show signs of age and use. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all photos, measurements, and descriptions before completing a purchase.

Sizing

Measurements are provided whenever possible.

Buyers are responsible for comparing the listed measurements to garments they already own. We are not responsible for items that do not fit as expected.

Authenticity

We guarantee that every item sold by NoarmyNYC is 100% authentic.

Any authenticity concern must be supported by written documentation from a reputable third-party authentication service.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their purchase.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

• Photograph the unopened package immediately.

• Contact both the shipping carrier and NoarmyNYC within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to do so may limit our ability to assist.

Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback for an order that was accurately described, properly packaged, and fulfilled in accordance with these terms, NoarmyNYC reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence in defense of the transaction, including but not limited to:

• Product photographs

• Listing descriptions

• Order confirmations

• Shipping records

• Tracking information

• Delivery confirmation

• Communication history

• Packaging documentation

• Fraud-prevention records

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in future orders being canceled or refused.
